You can grow giant boas on nothing but big rats so there is no rule that says you have to switch them to rabbits..
First rule in getting a boa to feed.. wait until it is hungry, after about three weeks at the right temps a big, growing boa will eat a brick or almost anything you offer... after that you can try scenting the rabbit with the boa's usual food, that will almost always work. Rub the nose of the rat on the rabbit's nose and other noteable parts on their counterparts as well..

I just take a wet rat and rub it all over the rabbit. Once it is smelling like a rat they won't hesitate.
