With mice: Can you leave females in with parents after they've been weaned...

to add to the colony as breeders or will they be killed as a male would by the dad? So far ive left all my mice together even weaned males without problems but i usually feed them off first. With my rats i separate because ive seen first hand when parents no longer tolerate their presence.

You can leave the female babies in with their mothers after weaning. Their father don't care if they mate with their daughters.
