another question about her wound

jeune18 Jul 25, 2004 12:33 PM

ivan's wound is on the back of her neck and it seems that she scratches at it at night time because there is never a scab on it. there is no ooze like pus or anything, just a little wet like any opened wound would be. my question is is there anything i can put on it like a band aid or something so she will not keep opening it and making it bigger?

I never really saw a scab come on my Hopi's bites after Zuni bite her , last year.

I just kept cleaning it, and applying the ointment, and it just seemed to begin to shrink.
No, I would not cover it with any bandaids , it would just be something to draw her attention to it more.

Let the air get to it. Hope shes good as new real soon,
Hows the new guy, Kaiser, and Helga?

thanks for replying. i guess i am just paranoid since it seems to look bigger and the small one on the side of her neck has already healed over and gone. so i guess i will just keep flushing it and put some of the gooey stuff on it to plug it over. it just looks so painful. maybe i should go beat that boy's behind!
