I agree with that last statement, expect scenting stuff with salamander slime didn't work either, I scented pinky mice with slimy salamander slime and Giant just looked at the pinky. But she did flick her toungue around alot, she probably thought food was somewhere around, but like I said, if it doesn't move, she won't go after it.
If anyone wants to get me some sallies, lol feel free to. I'm gonna go out hunting for some right now, it's cold and rainy, but hopefully I'll find one.
I also had Giant intersted in Brown snake blood, yes, the smell of blood, I have no clue why. I had to feed my Sk, so I cut off some of a brown snake's tail and put the snake back in it's tank with Giant, she started following the drops of blood, but couldn't find the snake. lol don't think I'm cruel or anything because I cut off a snake's tail, my scarlet king is more important to me than a brown snake. The brown snake is still alive, and my scarlet king ate the tail.

P.S.- On my ringneck snake caresheet, I noted that northern ringneck snakes do love salamanders, it is different with every sub-species for their favorite food.
