depends on the male.....from zero to 50....

his age.....size....his attitude....all his ideas....

......young male..?.....4?....older.....10?.......

old and good males....50.....

.......

I would use 4 to 6.......why push it???????

I've only been brreding for a few years, but so far I have the best luck with males that are 2-5 years old.

You can breed a male to 50-60 girls if the male is up to it, but the most clutches produced by a single male could hit 15-20 I imagine.

I have one male here that produced 14 clutches this season, and another that produced 6.
