Hi,
I've got an almost yearling cb barneck scrub python that I would say is and has been doing great except that, even when it was young, when I take her from her cage, I sometimes see a bubble at her lips. I wondering if it could be some sort of resp infection. I've always thought it was because she gets very excited and she's got quite the attitude, hissing like crazy, and striking with impunity
I've had snakes when I was young with RI, but it looked different than this. She usually has only one large bubble that forms at the tip of her lips. It's funny, because I have a pic of her when she was only a few weeks old with the same thing. Can anyone shed some light on this? She eats great and is growing very, very well. Got her in a rubbermaind, currently no hot spot but ambients in the 80's, humidity around 60%. Had always had her on papertowel, lately using pine shaving. Been meaning to set up a hot spot like I know I should, she has had one in the past.
Yasser, if you read this, she is a descendant of yours. Got her from MoleKing, so I think that would make her F2. Both male and female are unbelievable looking and getting better with every shed. They are incredible snakes.
Thanks for any help,
Mike
