My dumpy frog is broken!

dumpylove Jul 25, 2004 11:49 PM

Can someone please help me. I have two dumpy frogs. One I found, which is full grown. The other I bought at a reptile convention, a sub-adult, and smaller than my first one. One day I noticed the little one was just doing circles and that worried me. When he continued to do this I removed him from the tank that they shared. I've come to realize that somehow he injured his neck, because his head is always at an angle and he does little circles to move around and see his food. Is there anything I can do to help him? Or does anyone know of a vet in Los Angeles or Pasadena they can recommend? Thanx.

Are you sure they are both whites? Where abouts did you "find" one??? Whites are NOT native to north america, and i dont think they live anywhere either....could you post some pics?

Yes, they are both whites. The one I found is a long story. I live in Downtown L.A., there is no such thing as green grass on the sidewalks. Let alone any kind of inhabiitable place for a dumpy.

I live in a loft and an idiot (a pet collecter), throw away his terrium without checking to see if all creatures were out of there. A friend from another floor, found my dumpy in the parking lot next to the dumpster. And I ending up being his caretaker.

So long story short, yes, they are both dumpies.
