Got womas?

elrojo Jun 22, 2003 04:21 PM

I now not only own womas, I have photos to prove it! Amazing beautiful animals, from Don Hamper and raised by Dennis Mountain, who had 1st pick of many hatchlings. The male is almost zebra striped. The female is much more orange with as yellow a head as I've seen. Hopefully they will find each other as attractive next spring as I do!

What a beaut! Even though I nearly had to pick up a second job to get 'em, she's worth it.

2000 hatchlings, so about three years old. I'll brumate them this winter and hopefully breed them next spring. I'll get some pics under better lighting soon, those hardly do them justice. I had to hold the snakes out with one hand and point and shoot with the other.

Very nice womas! I love these guys! I will try to get some pictures of my womas tonight since it is hot and sunny here!
Good luck with them!
Brett
