question about panther breeding

kod130 Jul 26, 2004 01:07 PM

I want to start breeding my ambanja panthers. I don't really know how to introduce them. I put the male in the females cages today he showed some head ticks and the female just stayed the same color as she was before i put the male in her cage. When i bought these two the last time there were introduce the male bit the females tail. This time there was no agresstion but i didn't let the male off my hand. I am going to read up on the breeding but what are some tricks everyone uses. Any help on what to do would be great thanks

Female should be introduced to the males cage. Watch both for signs of receptiveness (male head bobbing/coloring up) (female total indeference to males presence). Good luck.
