should I just drop my male in my 25 gallon to breed them all at once or breed them seperatly by taking out two females and only have my male and one of the females in there?

Been doing this for a few years with much success:

1) Take 1 female out of female enclosure
2) Put her in with the male (they usually go at it almost immeidiately ... if after 1/2 an hour they haven't done it, I remove her).
3) Let them mate
4) Take her out and put her back in her enclosure

Give the male a few days rest, do it with other females.
