We have EGGS!!! How long do they take to hatch?

Is there anything that I need to be doing to give the eggs a better chance of hatching? I can't wait for some babies!!!:-D

Do you have them in an incubator? Where were they laid? If they are RES eggs I wouldn't allow any more to hatch than I had homes for. What conditions are you keeping them in now?
