We are...DONE..........

at least for now! Our last female x Hypo male litter was born today. This litter was from one of our BIG girls. We were expecting a big litter from her because of her size. Alas, she gave us 17 babies and 10 slugs. HOWEVER, the babies she did have are almost all twice the size of normal babies! Almost all of her babies are about 16 inches long! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw how big they were!

Of the 17 babies, we got 8 Hypos and 9 normals. This was a fantastic year for us...especially being our first year and all! We produced four litters with a total of 69 babies - 38 Hypos and 31 normals. Not bad if I don't say so myself! We are quite happy with our results and are looking forward to this coming season! Hopefully the Boa Gods will be just as kind to us this coming season as they were last season.

Congrats to all who have had awesome litters this year!

Here are some pictures of the newest babies...

A thin saddled baby

And a baby with some cool looking gray splotching...

And here are some updated photos from our first couple of litters. This baby is a holdback from our first litter back in May...

This is one of the odd looking Hypo babies from our second litter. I'm still waiting on most of the babies from this litter to shed. It seems like they are taking their sweet time to shed...probably because they know I am waiting on them LOL. This girl is real dark in the photos because we just fed her. They seem to change their colors quite a bit depending on their moods (or something). She is also one of the more normal looking ones out of the group. I'll have to take some pictures of the others once they finally decide to shed!

Thanks for looking!
