Sometimes it might take 3 or 4 days for all of them to come out. Don't rush it. If they are all pipped (all eggs are slit open), they should be OK. Sometimes that takes a couple of days, too.

Just let them come out when they are ready. Part of what they are doing before they come out is clearing the fluid from their lungs in preparation to breathe air. If you rush that process, they may not clear all of the fluid and could end up with fluid in their lungs...not good.
