But she likes to do the Open mouth Hiss more often than I remember my past snakes doing.

It's not like she is startled,
Is she a new snake? She is probably just getting settled into her new environment. Let her alone for a while.. and then start to handle her regularly.. if you dont want to get tagged, wear a long sleeved shirt and some gloves untill she settles in ....

She's pretty New
Had her about 2 and half weeks.
She don't seem mad or scared. I have been handling her everyday. A Very handlable snake.
I take her for a slither in the yard pretty much everyday.
Shes eatin three rats already. Seems Very well adjusted.
But she seems to Yawn and Hiss at the same time alot More often then the other snakes I have had in the past.
