Bright colors(apples dandelions) and try dropping the vegetables in the cage to make them think they are moving so they take them as crickets.
My own limited experience says keep em hot, 115 degree basking and 90 for the cool side when I did this they went after greens like mad.

Keep putting them in the cage. If they aren't available to them, they can't eat them, or get used to them.
I got a dragon from someone who had some babies & they were skinny. They said they had run out of crickets & couldn't find any locally so they just didn't get anything to eat until the crickets came in the mail.
I just can't figure out why that person didn't have any veggies in the cage???????? I know they would have eaten them because when I got them home, I put them on paper towel & they were trying to eat the little design that was on the towel. (plants) And they eat the veggies constantly here.
So, the best way to get them to eat them, is to offer them. lol If they were raised without them (which I can't figure out why people do that) just keep them (fresh) in the cage & they will catch on.
One thing I have found in all size dragons though,, much like kids, sometimes if there is one thing on their plate that they don't like, they won't touch anything else on the plate.
One more thing... make sure they are chopped up very small. Their little mouths & jaws are kind of soft & they can have a hard time making small bites from big veggies.
Good luck.

I have been having the same problem. My lil guys don't want to eat anything in their cage but insects! I put in the pellets soaked in Pedialyte, shopped up mango, turnip greens, mustard greens and collared greens. I also use a little bit of crested gecko diet in peach babyfood (just because they like it) and I figured it couldn't hurt
Try one thing at a time. I'm willing to bet, there is something they don't like in the mix. Mine wont touch Collards or mangos..
