Question for Shiveley

I was wondering what torts you own or do you work with them or something. I have noticed that you seem to know alot about alot of DIFFERENT torts. Maybe you can even share some pics.

I have Sulcatta and Leopard tortoises. I've also done field research for San Jose State University in Death Valley on California Desert Tortoises. We would track, record and observe these animals in an attempt to gauge the affects and impact of human encroachment on the declining wild population. I am now finishing up my Masters in Biological Conservation; and while I continue to work with many species of reptiles, I have always had a special interest in tortoises.

Cool, I have done research in Costa Rica on Leatherback Sea Turtles it was pretty cool. I only have BS in marine science though.

Good luck on your degree
