update on spike

hey guys! i guess that loony vet did something right cuz spike is getting fat again! im so happy he gos back the 4th. should i let him know how uros are to be fed. i tried last time but he kinda got snappy with me. and said he has studied and is trained and he knows better then any websites or pet owners! he said that if i feed him the way i do he will surly die. and i did some researching. not once did i see that it was ok to feed uros pinkies!

Good for you and Spike.

Unfortunately it sounds like that vet is a total loss. I have found that some vets (and doctors, lawyers, any professionals really) are afraid to say "I don't know" and when they are wrong just get defensive. I would much rather have my vet (or especially my doctor) say "I don't know, let me go research that" and find the right answer instead of blindly going forward trying to hide the fact they are clueless.
