is it ok to feed him superworms? do i have to remove the head or anything? thanks in advance

It's ok, but not to many. See them as an occational treat.
About the heads I am not sure, I've heard stories of Superworms or Mealworms seriously injuring an animal. If it is true or not, I don't know. To be on the safe side you could pinch their heads of.
Just to be sure, when you say Superworms, you are talking about Zophobas right?
