She is so cute! I love that name too.

The pictures of the Luna moths you have in your webshots are really neat looking! I love those moths but you dont see them too often around here =(

Hey, you were supposed to be looking at LUNA the CHAM! LOL!!

I rear luna and other giant silk moths so I have lots. Right now they are all caterpillars and cocoons (I had about 100 luna cats but gave many away. Still have about 50). Those shots were from a wild pairing I did with one of my captive reared in June. They were coupled for 15 hours and when I checked on them after they had separated it looked like they were holding hands (almost offered them a cigarette!) So cute! They stayed that way for quite sometime until she moved in order to deposit eggs. I have been so busy with them this summer (I have 5 species going totaling over 100) that I have had little time for the forum! One of these days I will post more pix on Webshots.

Skipper (frog) is doing fine. I changed half his water Sunday and had to adjust the pH. We have very acidic water here (dug well). I have fed him the pellets but have also given him a butterworm, super (Yikes! THAT was funny!) & crickets. He is so weird with no tongue and eyes that never close! Funny to watch how he shoves the food in his mouth with his front feet! I have given him a place to hide and added on of my life-like resin frogs for company! I'll tell him you were asking

What a pretty girl! I notice she looks very muscular, cool. My chams look pretty buff too, I'm stoked.

Haha! I never thought of her as muscular - my little body builder Maybe it's all the cruising she does on her gym. The rope is single so she often flips around on it and hangs upside down (like right now! just got some pix and will post later) and has to use some serious movements to get upright and continue here cruise - or she just hangs for an hour of so!

cute....she looks really good too lele!!...last time i saw her she looked like the hindenburg

the hindenburg! I am beginning tot hink she is with eggs again! she has little bulges near her back legs and is not eating much. But I won't freak out for moinths like last time...I'll just let her tell me when she is ready, tho' frankly I hope she isn't.

Oh believe it or not, I also got my first monkey tree frog and a baby hognose snake last week. I never keep snake before, but her just too cute to resist.

No, when I got her I agreed not to breed her b/c of her small size (sort of how the deal went and I respect her "first" mom enough to honor it) and frankly, even if I could I do not have the time, space or $$ to care for /- 40 mini-chams until they are old enough to go and THEN have to find good, safe homes for them all - I would probably want to keep them! Whew! I don't know how everyone does it! When I first began looking for a cham I never had a desire to breed them so this worked out well. I am quite happy with my little virgin! (LOL - can I say that on here??)
