Well rage is actully eating wax worms and crickets and gaining his weight back hes up alot more too and not so sluggish he wont eat greens but at least hes eating something and he has a piece of shed in his nose that hasbeen there for a while how do we go about getting it out?

That's good to hear that rage is doing better. The shed in the nose should just fall out when ready. It will loosen up and as he breaths it will come out. You could just try and rub it a little if it's ready it will be loose. Not a big deal though it's normal, and will fall out on it's own.
