outdoor housing question

If housing veilds outdoors with partial sunexposure (partial meaning, morning and some afternoon sun) Do you still need to provide a basking lamp? i live in miami florida and the temps here are pretty high year round except breifly in the winter.

You shouldn't need it unless there is a spell of very cloudy chilly (frost) weather that lasts all day. If the cham has a place in the cage that is sheltered from wind that will help. They should always have a place to retreat from heat and sun so they don't get dehydrated.
