Two headed Albino Corn Snake

RRAVON Jul 28, 2004 10:14 AM

As one of my most recent clutches was beginning to hatch I noticed that there were two heads comming out of a single egg!
After many agonizing hours of waiting and a little egg surgery, (I needed to open the egg slits, each head was comming out of a seperate slit)
Now the question is, What do I do from here?
Does anyone out there have any experience in dealing with such a snake? Or maybe have connections with someone who does?

I was also wondering if anyone knows who would be interested in this snake? If so please post or email me at:

joedellacroce@aol.com
I do have pictures to prove that this is for real.

i think the main problem with 2 headed snakes i've seen depends on how much "neck" there is. what i mean is what is the length of body from head to where they share the body? if they have long "necks" there is more problems with tearing at the "V". there is also a problem when it comes to feeding and one head may try to eat the other if it gets scented. if they have short "necks" there is virtually no problems.

as far as people interested in them, there are many, me included.

If someone could tell me how to post picture that are over 250K to the gallery I would be more than happy to put them up.
I did try to compress them but nothing seemed to happen??
