Bushmaster Jul 28, 2004 10:18 AM

In saturday night a friend give me a leopard baby(90 days he guess)and it was almost white. It staied almost not moving when in suday it entered in shedding process. It ate the old skin and I have seen it walking in the terrarium some times, in others it staied in his cave, but until now I havent see it eat any of the mealworms in the dish.
I am a little worried about it. so I am needing some sugestions...
How time it can be without eat?It looks a bit fatty.
Any others tips?
Thanks and sorry my bad english.

3 days is not too long as long as hes/shes getting water.

Try buying some crickets or taking mealworms and putting them infront of the leo and mash the mealworms' head. This makes them squirm. Sometimes leos won't know to eat out of a dish. One of mine only eats this way the other one will wait by her dish.
Also make sure your temps are high/low enough
