Hypo Brooksi

I have a male snake that is about 3 feet long and was sold as a Hypo Brooksi to me. He does have black and white coloring around his head while the rest of his body is the orange and white. Is this a true Hypo? If I go to sell him could I claim him as a Hypo? What would a snake like this be worth? He is a SOB to handle and I would like to get rid of him.
