This might seem dumb, but how do you feed your frogs? Do you have a feeding dish, or do you free range feed them? If you free range them, how do you know if they are eating? Thanks!

i transfer my fruit flys into another container w/ supplements and the dust makes it do the flys can't climb the walls. My tincs are always out so i put a little in the tank and watch them find it. Then add more as necessary close to the frogs.
