Cooked or raw?

I have been reading posts about boiling chicken and feeding raw turkey...is it best to feed raw or cooked?

I feed turkey raw or cooked, skinless chicken cooked, fish cooked, and eggs boiled. I don't know if that stuff has to be cooked but it's probably a safer bet.
