What's the best type of fruit for gutloading?

gothra Jul 28, 2004 10:28 PM

I had only been using carrots, but it might be better to feed the worms different fruit types so they get all sort of vitamins and nutritions. I am going to try apple and orange, is papaya a good choice too? Thanks for any advice.

I have tried orange and potato mealworms like that. But the thing they love most is broccoli. My mealworms eat tons of broccoli and im sure its good for gutloading. They eat tons of it.
