Mouth rot is usually results of unsanatary condidtions, usually coupled with a second underlying infection somewhere in the animals body. Mouth rot is very serious! Usually if one animal is infected the others face an increased risk assuming they reside in the same habitat. In some cases, yes mouth rot can be transmitted to cage companions. Because of the possibility of a second underlying infection, it would be an extremely good idea to seek a veterinary herpetologist if one of your reptiles appears to be infected. Good luck!
