Is a 10-20 gallon UTH and a 1-5 gallon UTH on the same side going 2 produce the right amount of heat or will I need more? I also have a Heat lamp.

...just use ONE pad placed at the very end of the cage. Generally 10-20% of the floor should be heated. Look into getting a rheostat (dimmer) to control the temp. SJM

Actually, 1/4 to 1/3 (25%-33%) of the floor surface should have heat, for a BP, the MAXIMUM temp. you should have on a floor is 92.
