I have an Egyptian Cobra - Male, about 5' long and he is currently in a hard wood cage with an acrylic front sliding door. I am not happy with this cage because the heat lamp fixture is located inside the cage (the size of the cage is 5' long x 3' deep x 3' high). I am worried that he will wrap himself around it and burn himself. I am currently looking for the best cage available for this type of snake.
I would greatly appreciate any advice you can give on where the place to go to purchase a highly secure cage.
