First baby from my Blazing Blizzard DH's hatched out a few days ago...

So far, the first hatchling from my BB DH pairings is a Tremper Chocolate Jungle Albino!

It's a pretty nice little critter, but I think I may've used the wrong female in the very beginning to make my double hets.

She was a nice Jungle Chocolate albino, BUT she didn't have the pink eyes that all my Tang albinos do... So, her baby is the same way! You can tell its an albino, but the eye color would closer to the color of a normal geckos eye, a bit lighter, but by no means pink or red....

Boy, I hope the Blazing Blizzards have a different looking body color then the regular blizzards! Cause if the only way to tell is with the eye color, well, I could be in for a long ride...

Heheh, Thanks for reading and I'll post some pics in a bit.

Sometimes the red gets better as they mature

I sure am hoping so, but so far, all my choc's (or darker Trempers for that matter) have retained the darker colored eyes, with tiny, tiny amounts of pinkish-red veins running through the eyes.

But thats all good... I've got some nice Tangerine Trempers that have BRIGHT, BRIGHT eyes (pink with red) that I can always breed one of my blizzards to and go from there again...

Although, I do like the look of some of the chocolates, just that they aren't my favorites.

Thanks for the reply!
