Can anyone give me a percentage. Has anyone tried small silkworms as a supplement?

Their is no set requirement. Their have been studies on the stomach contents of great numbers of individuals and species. Wild P. ditmarsi was found to only eat 11 % ants while the species with highest number was solare at 88 %. I have raised captive bred solare on a diet of 50 % ants, 40 % small crickets, and 10 % mealworms. I've tried the silkworms, some individuals will eat them. I don't think the prey item is as important as the prey size (keep it small). I like to feed many small insects and provide the variety. The HLs seem to like the variety as well.
