Irian Jaya cage set-up

Could anyone give me an idea how to set-up a cage for a baby IJ?
I would need to know size, humidity, how to heat it (lamp or UTH), substrate, and anything else you feel I should know.

I have a couple cages (I dont know what would be the best)

- 10 gallon

- 30 gallon

- 55 gallon

- 75 gallon

I dont know at what stages to go to which cage?
