Scraping away shed with a rock???

Should I have a rock or something coarse in my water dish or next 2 it?

If the hunidity is right u really shouldnt need one, so most say, but I always keep a small rock in the tank just for that reason.

I have a rough bark hidey-hole for my guy. He's still small (about 1 year old) and this works well. I used to have a rock in there, too. Either seemed to do the job just fine.
