Some new pictures of my Ambanja....

pernads Jul 30, 2004 03:10 PM

He is now 7 months, and he still loves to eat everyday. HE is 15 inches, and i have no clue what he weighs. Ive never really taken him out of his cage....

Here he is slurping back a big hisser. His bars are starting to get really turqoise.

One question, has anyone here seen an ambanja with that red and white strip down its upper back. I really like it, but I usually see that on ambilobes.

I agree. He looks like a Blue Bar Ambilobe. Especially in the first picture.

I guess when people say he looks like an ambilobe, i should take it as a compliment. One thing I have noticed is he has a lot more traits of an ambilobe than an ambanja, but the breeder i got him from is 100% sure he is pure ambanja. I cant wait to see what he looks like at a year or 18 months...

This picture was taken at about 6 am, just when he was waking up.
