eating problem

i have had my BP for about a month and half. he has eatin once since then, and that was week 2. he had a respritory problem, but i took care of that. but he still will not eat. someone told me to give him a live pinky, but tere are no stores in my area that are willing to do so. so all i have is frozen. any hints? also, will the snake actuly starve itself to death? thanks for any help.

If you don't feed it what it wants, as a newborn, he won't starve himself to death, you'll starve him to death. Find a live mouse of rat fuzzy.

Basic rule of thumb is..

Do not feed anything that is larger than the snakes width.
