Red bulbs

Is it okay to use a 25 watt red bulb for my leo?
It's not one of those uv things.

I have a 40 watt black buld for mine that I use for nocturnal viewing it works really well and does not disturb their nocturnal habits. I am fairly sure that red bulbs work the same. I am guessing this would not be your primary heat source?

No the reb bulb is only for the night. And i have a 40 watt light bulb for the day.
