Its a very good basic care sheet, its easy to understand with clear directions.I did see one thing that shuold be changed though.Under the water section it says " A fresh clean dish of water should be provided at the cool end of the tank every day"
I belive it should say "A fresh clean dish of water MUST be provided at the cool end of the tank every day" If you say water should be provided instead of must be provided it could be misinterpreted(sp?) that a leo doesn't have to have a water dish.(We all know there are a few dense leo owners who need to be told even basic care)
Now that I've rambled on and confused everyone,I think I'm going to go rearrange my leo tank

You also might want to say with reguards to astroturf the same about possibility of toes being caught.

Another thing I noticed is you didn't mention the possibility of having a dish of calcium supplement as a alturnative to dusting your crickets which isn't a must btw, it's a recommendation. Most leos seem to know when they're lacking calcium and from what I've seen personally will regulate their own intake with a simple dish of repti-cal or simular supplement.

it's a great start, just a few things to look at some more possibly.

CRAP how did I forget the calcium dish...thank you!

I dust my crix and also leave the calcium in the dish. I think feel the dusting is essential for vitamin reasons, Calcium is not the only thing your Leo needs, I dust with cricket dust which contains a pretty good array of different vitamins along with Calcium and D3.

Thank you for your comments and for taking time to read it.
