EGGS HATCHING WHAT DO I DO!?

One of my Bibron eggs has started to hatch, its head is poking out of the shell!! *jumps around* I'm so excited, this is my frist time! But what do I do? Do I leave it in the tank with the parents or move it elsewhere? Sand substrate? Please help!
