I am going to be buying a rack for ball pythons and was looking to buy a Helix DBS1000 Thermostat, there is two types. One that has a grounded cord and one without. Does it mean that the "grounded cord" can be pluged in to an outlet in the wall and the one without is to regulate the temperature of a room. I am not very much of a handyman. Any feedback would be great.
