I've yet to see any blood python babies at reptile shows, as balls, boas and burms began to show up en masse. any body give me an idea as to when they tend to come up for sale?

There aren't anywhere near as many captive-hatched baby bloods that are imported as there are ball pythons. That is a big reason why they are more scarce than the other snakes you do see in numbers at shows--there just aren't as many.
Plus we are told by several importers that baby bloods have undergone a dramatic increase in popularity in the past several years. Even though the supply of good quality babies has increased, the demand is increasing faster--the demand now equals the supply or even exceeds it. Baby bloods tend to find homes pretty quickly.
They are at some shows, so it is possible to find them there, just not with the certainty of many other species.
i'm not looking for imports, just the CB babies. it seems like the other pythons all hatched at about the same time, eg, the market was suddenly flooded with burms last month. i was just wondering when bloods tend to hatch.
