Hello My wife adopted a female Argentine black and white for me from a guy who had to get rid of her for his own reasons. I have an Argentine red male already and a blue female as well.
My question is this they have never hybernated since I have had them but my wife said it looked like the red male was trying to breed with the black and white female she just got. My question is this. Do they have to hybernate to start the reproductive cycle? And is it possible for a red and arg b&w to breed? I am hoping they were just playing but I would still like to know just to be safe.
