not a HOT keeper, but... False water cobras?

I have not kept HOts in the past, but i have developed an affection for false water cobras, and i was just wondering...
a) does any one have some for sale?
b) how hard are they to keep?
c) would this be a good first hot?

They are a good starter hot but a good snake over all
also they get big and are good feeders.
