My mom told me no more glass tanks, so now I'm looking for horse troughs. Well if any monitor or horse people in los angeles know where I can get cheap horse troughs, email me. Thanks!
Hmmm, I think I will also ask this on the monitor board.

Well,I don't know where you could get horse troughs, but perhaps a reptarium would be a way around your mom's rule.
I don't know... aren't they a little flimsy?
Absolutely not! They work very well for beardies. I was using them for a while, but I did eventually build my own cages to save space. Now I put them outside for the very rare nice day we get around here.
Why not just build your cages instead? You can use screen and plexi-glass instead of glass. I just had one built and it only cost me at most $100. (5'x2'x2').
Me? Build? Ha! I remember last year when I had woodshop...I made a box...I ended up gluing it together. I can't build things.
Maybe you have a more carpentry inclined friend or family member who would help out for a small fee? (maybe a beardie of their own?)
look in your phone book under livestock or feed supply stores, you should find something, lotsa horse places out here in So Cal =) i would help you look but im in san diego and i dont have the LA phonebook =P
