my friend has a pair of bahama anoles and they are laying eggs all the time. she is not doing anything special to breed them. she got them at petsmart. put them in a 10 gallon tank, at first. they mated, layed eggs. she doesn't know how they are breeding because she isn't doin anything special like it says in anole books about breeding them.
her anoles are in a hugh encosure now...still breeding. there are 6 babies and i am taking 2. hopefully i have 2 females.

They breed like rabbits! I also had about 10 eggs. I only have one left. I didn't know what I was doing and they all dried up. Now I have an incubator and I'm hoping this one lives. I feel horrible about those eggs. Please if you are thinking about breeding, research it well beforehand. Remember, the more babies, the more cages you need.
