I was looking at the classifieds and I saw some beardies called amberfires and some called jemfires and I was wondering what these are. They just looked like normal colored beardies, is that what they're supposed to look like? If not what are they supposed to look like? What bloodlines do they have? And I also saw a beardie that was for sale for $3000! That seemed kind of crazy to me. Does anyone else think its crazy? Or am I just cheap, lol.

Those names are just a name given to a blood line, or color line by the breeder. If you breed a dragon & it comes out with a crazy green color, you could call it, Greenlight, Bullfrog green, or something. lol It boils down to a marketing label. I guess it sounds better than "orange" or "red"?

Yes, $3000. is crazy. It's most likely still sitting with it's owner. Now if it were to be a "true" "proven" lucistic or Pibaled or something then it will sell. Now an albino would be even more than that.
