I've been searching through the forums for all the information I can find on bredli, and your pictures have simply amazed me. I'm about to pick up 1.1 adult striped bredli out of Lazik's stripe line (of course), and seeing your pictures is making the time until Thursday creep by even slower...lol. Any good words or bits of advice you can give me on this species would be immensely appreciated. This will be an adult pair I'm getting, the male of which around 5', female around 6'. Though I won't have the enjoyment of raising them, I'm sure I will with any of their babies I decide to hold back. Speaking of babies, any breeding tips you can bestow will also be appreciated. Anyway, excellent pics, both here and on your site. I look forward to your reply.

They are truely awesome pythons, and you'll definately have a blast with them. They are pretty non-demanding captives, and do very well as long as you have a large supply of food for them. I haven't bred mine yet, and got them in the winter of 2002, so hopefully next year will be the time to hatch out some of these beauties. I have a striped male and 1.3 normals that are about the same size as yours or a bit larger. They grow quickly and get more beautiful with each shed. I would give them a lot of room because they are fairly active pythons. They are really a joy to work with, and I think that as more people get them they will see just how awesome they really are.
