HOusing my turtles???

i need to know if i can house my red eared sliders with a snapping turtle... plz tell me wat u think... it will prob be in a 50 gl tank

While some say snappers can be kept with turtles of equal size, yo must keep in mind the temperment of a snapper, and the growth rate compared to a RES...they wont be equal size for long.
Do both turtles a favor...house them separately.
You also did'nt say what size...I have housed hatchling snappers and other species together.
I actually had the opposite problem...the other turtles...
mainly DBT's were attacking the snappers.
That happened in the beginning, then they each stayed within their own territory.
Again,these were less than yearling turts.
House them separately...or you will have turtles with missing parts.
