i need to know if its alright to house red eared sliders with a snapping turtle... in a 50 gl tank plz tell me wat u think

Absolutely NOT!!! I have a cooter at home that was house with a snapper for many years. The person who had him before me kept the two together since they were babies. Eventually they snapper got bigger than the cooter and bit off his left rear foot and right front foot.

Your sliders will get injured or killed eventually if you keep them with a snapper.
