yesturday i introdouce my gecko my male show emidite intreste and ran up to her and the bit her on the tale. i checked out the female and she looked find so i left them. after that everything went off with out a hitch and they got along perfectly. later i check and the female had a very small wound on her tail its not bleeding or anything and i dont keep my leos on sand or anything like that were it could be infected. but i m just looking for any advice about why he might have done this or anything else i talked about. also at one time when they were both in the hide box i saw them both digging in the vermiculate. is that normal. my other gecko wasnt doing anything like that and thats the first time they meet.

yes mating aggression is normal.
like you said her wounds aren't severe so you don't have to worry too much about it. If either one stops eating though you should seperate them, just keep an eye out for changes in behavior

you may put just a very tiny amount of Neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment on it if you feel you must. Chances are it will heal over by the next shed though even without treatment. The only breeding bites I worry about are ones on the eyes, ears, jaw, etc.
